Delivery Policy
We provide same day green delivery with electric bikes. Cost of the delivery is €5,95 and is possible in several time slots a day, please contact us if you need a specific time slot. Same day delivery can be ordered not later than 13:00 on the day of delivery. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order on the website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us within 72 business hours of your expected delivery date. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
Please note that adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery. Should you fail to be present for your delivery, we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.

Returns & exchange
FLOWERS:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If you wish to return any accessories, you can do so within 14 days of the date on which you place your order and we will refund to you the price you paid for the products along with the standard delivery cost for those products. Please reach out to us directly in case you are not satisfied and we will assess your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
WORKSHOPS:
Workshop registrations can only be returned or rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled workshop. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs within the given notice period. Please note that this policy is designed to ensure fairness and optimal workshop experiences for all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
